Returns and Refunds

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please carefully read and follow the guidelines below:

1. Contact Us before Returning:

  • Prior to returning any items, please contact our customer support team through Contact us.
  • Our customer support representatives will assist you and provide the necessary instructions for returning the item.
  • We will also provide you with the address where you can send the item or arrange a drop-off if available.
  • Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Gift receipts can only be used for exchanges and not for refunds. If you have received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please ensure that you have a valid gift receipt and do it within 14 days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Please ensure that the returned items meet our guidelines, as outlined below.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

  • Please ensure that your items are returned new, unused, and with their original packaging and garment tags still attached.
  • When trying on items, make sure they do not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals. Try shoes on a soft, clean surface. Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over underwear.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached (if applicable).
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box, as it is considered part of the item.
  • Keep items away from animals and pets to prevent soiling with pet hair, etc.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Toiletries and personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, soiled, or damaged.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
  • We will promptly inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Please note that returns that do not meet our guidelines will be shipped back to you.
